About Our Day Cruises
Travel through glacier-carved fjords draped with cascading waterfalls and the largest concentration of glaciers in Alaska. Watch for sea otters, sea lions, seals, porpoise, orcas and perhaps a giant humpback whale, plus a wide variety of seabirds.
Our tours offer unique experiences, including hands on marine science activities, an operating salmon hatchery and a trip through beautiful Esther Passage.
Driving to Whittier
Tours depart from Whittier, Alaska - just a short trip from Anchorage. Whittier is approximately 1.25 hours from Anchorage. Please note that tunnel fees are additional with the self drive option. Plan to arrive to the tunnel by:
9:30am for the Wilderness Explorer Tour
12:30pm for the Glacier Adventure Tour
