Travel Industry Rates

Travel Industry partners can receive reduced rates on Alaska Heritage Tours products. These priviledged rates are only available for travel writers on assignment, travel agents, tour operators, bed and breakfast owners and front line customer service staff in the travel industry. Proof of current IATA, business license, place of employment or nature of assignment may be requested in order to grant a reduce rate on any Alaska Heritage Tours product.

Although a confirmation for service may be provided, all guests traveling on reduced rates will be accommodated on a space available basis at the time of check in. Rates are subject to change and must be approved by a sales manager or the manager on duty.

Alaska Heritage Tours reserves the right to deny future discounts or FAM priviledges should a participant choose to disregard the following requests;

• Proper attire must be worn by all parties traveling on a reduced rate.
• Upon arrival, Travel Industry partners are requested to introduce themselves and provide their proper credentials to the staff or a manager at check in.
• We want to know how you view our product. Therefore you may be asked to complete a survey or questionnaire. If so, please complete the information and return it to the manager on duty before departing.
• Disclosure of a Travel Industry reduced rate to a guest who is traveling on the same itinerary or staying at the same property is strictly prohibited.

To request our Travel Industry reduced rates, please contact our reservations department by calling us toll free at 1-877-777-2805. Reduced rates may not be available until 14 days prior to the Date of Service. A confirmation will be sent by email or fax. All taxes and fees are additional. Must pay in full at the time request is confirmed. Standard cancellation policies apply.
